The Quiet Power of Peace

As I watch the monks walking in The Walk for Peace, I am reminded that peace is not something we search for outside of ourselves—it is something we become.
Their presence alone radiates love, calm, and compassion. This is the power of mindfulness. When we become aware, we begin to understand that we are not our thoughts, but the awareness behind them.
By observing our thoughts without engaging in negativity, we create space to shift into more loving, positive energy. As we embody peace
within ourselves, it naturally extends outward.
Our presence alone can help others find their own sense of calm. Peace is felt, not forced—and it begins within.
